Slow Your Food Challenge
A 14-day journey exploring your experience of how, when + why you eat, Slow Your Food is a jump-start to re-evaluating your relationship with food. This class is, quite literally, for everyone, as it focuses not on eliminations or diets, but rather on experiences + self-awareness.
Slow Your Food is comprised of 15 short videos + a daily “challenge” that encourages you to look at you + your food in a new way. The challenges are simple, though not always easy + can be managed in 30 minutes a day.

Individual coaching sessions offer a dedicated space + support network to take a deeper look at some of the things that you find challenging or new; meeting you where you’re at + looking towards where you want to be.

To fully experience the inherent magic of food, we must find it at home - in its season, where it thrives naturally.
These dinners consider the locality of food, not only by what grows according the hardiness map, but also the sounds, smells + experiences that naturally exist in the area.
Shared in a multi-course style, our dinners are intimate + small-scale. Seating is limited + pricing varies by available ingredients.
